Hello, I am Jamie. I am a certified astrologer, astrocartographer, certified herbalist, and licensed nurse since 2010. I hold over 20 years of experience in healthcare, and I am currently accepted into a master’s program studying astrology at the graduate level — because I have never believed in putting a ceiling on the calling.

After two decades in healthcare, I started seeing what the system wasn’t saying. True wellness doesn’t begin at the doctor’s office — it begins inside. When the body, the mind, the spirit, and the soul are all cared for together, something shifts. That truth sent me on a healing journey of my own, and on that journey I found astrology. I found answers to things that had no clinical explanation. I found my purpose. And I created Sip · Eat · Heal as the place where all of it lives together.

This is a wellness and astrology space — and those two things are not separate here. You will find handcrafted wellness products including hair growth oils, body butters, and lotions made with intention. You will find recipes, blogs, and articles that connect nourishment to the sky. You will find birth chart readings, guidance sessions, and astrology education rooted in real study and real life experience.
